2. If by any chance you do not own the actual game of the ROM file you download, it must be immediately deleted from your computer within a period of 24 hours.
3. Re-selling the ROMs you download is completely prohibited.
4. GBARom.info and its web-hosts/owner/staff/sponsors will not be liable for your actions, or actions taken towards you. Any and all damages done to your computer is entirely your responsibility; we cannot be held liable for it. Additionally, GBARom.info provides these ROMs and emulators for both educational and entertainment purposes, and again, the actions reflected by you will not be our doing. Be cautious of that!
5. For controversial reasons, if you are affiliated with any government, anti-Piracy group or any other related group, or were formally a worker of one you cannot enter this web site, and cannot access any of the files presented on this site. If you visit GBARom.info and do not agree to these terms, you are violating code 431.322.12 of the internet privacy act which was signed by Bill Clinton in 1995. This means that you cannot threaten our ISP(s), any person(s), or companies storing these files, and may not prosecute any person(s) affiliated with this page which includes family, friends or individuals who run or enter this web site.
